“Don’t take it to the tip to go into landfill. Offer it to us first. We

will tell you if it is too much for us to handle.”

Tool Aid Ringwood (TAR) has been a registered charity since 2014 and we take in tools and other items to refurbish.

These are sent via other charities, which have arrangements in place to create sustainable businesses in some of the poorest areas of the world.

We also help local charities that approach us for assistance.

The Tool Aid Ringwood workshop is located close to the A338 just north of Ringwood, with easy access and parking. You can locate us on the map on the find us page.

We are run by unpaid volunteers, who open our workshop five mornings per week, and often longer.

Anyone prepared to volunteer a few hours per week is welcome.

No particular skills are required. We will teach you!

If you are interested in volunteering or wish to contact us for any other reason, please click on ‘CONTACT US’ above.
