Collection area

Most donors deliver items to us at Ringwood, but we may be able to collect from certain areas. The highlighted area on the map shows the area from which we can normally collect.

To request a collection, please go to the CONTACT US page and submit the request on the form there. Please enter the postcode from which the items are to be collected. We need a telephone number as well as an email address in order to set up a collection.

As we are all volunteers who only work one or two days a week, it may be a few days before the email is dealt with. Collections also depend on a volunteer being able to handle them, it may take a few days more before the collection can occur, depending on their availability.

We can only take items which we can use, or strip down to recover metal. Collectors will refuse other items as we would incur costs to dispose of them.
